Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Videohead at videohead.io, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Videohead is an AI-powered platform for creating creating motion-graphic overlays. Our service generates video content based on user prompts and preferences.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to online services) to use Videohead. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have authority to enter into these terms.
4. User Accounts
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate account information
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Videohead to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
- Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content
- Transmit malware or attempt to disrupt our systems
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service beyond normal use
- Circumvent credit limits, payment flows, or access controls
You are solely responsible for how you use outputs in your videos, streams, and other projects, including compliance with platform rules (YouTube, Twitch, etc.) and third-party licenses.
6. Intellectual Property
The Videohead brand, website, software, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly stated here, these terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or product code.
7. Your Content and License to Us
You retain ownership of content you submit or create with Videohead (including prompts, data, and generated overlays), subject to third-party rights and these terms. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service—including sending relevant inputs to AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy.
8. AI-Generated Output
Outputs are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You must review outputs before publishing or relying on them. We do not warrant that AI-generated designs are original, non-infringing, or error-free. You assume all risk for publication and commercial use of outputs.
9. Credits and Payments
Videohead uses a credit-based model, not a recurring subscription. Credits are consumed when you use certain features (for example, generating or refining overlays and exporting video). Pack sizes, prices, and credit costs are shown at checkout and may change; we will apply the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
- Purchases: Paid credit packs are sold as one-time purchases through Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- Expiry: Credits from purchased packs expire after the period stated at purchase (currently 365 days from purchase unless otherwise shown). Expired credits are forfeited.
- Free credits: We may grant promotional credits (for example, generation credits on signup or export credits after onboarding). Free credits may have different rules, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
- No refunds: Except where required by law, all credit pack sales are final. Unused credits are not refundable if your account is closed or you stop using the service.
- Non-transferable: Credits are tied to your account and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
10. Service Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, provider outages, or usage limits may temporarily affect availability. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Videohead and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Unused credits are forfeited except where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using the service.
